Incorporation of Uracil-2-14c into the Tobacco Leaves Infected with Tobacco Mosaic Virus

Laboratory of Plant Pathology, Faculty of Agri culture, Nagoya University , Anjo, Japan I. タ バ コ葉diskで のuracil-2-14Cの と りこ み 実験 方 法: タバ コ (品種Bright Yellow種) の切 取 葉 を中肋 か ら2分 し, 半 葉 にTMVを 接 種 , 半 葉 は 対 照 とした. 各 半 葉 か ら径12mmのdiskを 抜 き, そ れ ぞれ 別 の ペ ト リ 皿内 の 蒸 溜 水 上 に浮 か べ , これ を25°C の 恒温 箱 に お さめ, 螢 光 灯 で 連 続 照 明 した. 各 ペ トリ皿 内 のdisk数 は28枚 , 蒸 溜 水 の 液 量 は15mlで あ る. 接 種 して か ら一 定 時 間毎 に, 接 種 対 照 両 区 のdiskを ペ ト リ皿 内 のuracil-2-14C (第 一 化 学 薬 品K . K.製 品 ・specific activity 10 .7μc/mg) 液4ml (1μc/ml) に浮 游 し, ふ た たび25° の 恒 温 箱 に お さめ た . 5時 間 後, これ らの試 料
